The fresh air will do you some good while also making you feel as though you are able to enjoy the sun and not missing out during your work day.

If possible, see if you can even take your work outside! The sun can help give you more than vitamin D. In fact, it can help you to be happier and more productive while at work, which is a win-win for everyone!

You may also consider implementing a flexible or remote work schedule during the summer months, if you don’t already have one in place for your employees.

Studies have shown that remote workers tend to be more productive than those who work solely in an office. By being able to choose their own hours, they are able to work during the most productive times during the day.

And even as the boss, you can take advantage of this flexibility, too! Then, you are also able to enjoy some of the summer day with loved ones, which can help to prevent you having a fear of missing out on making summer memories with loved ones!
